Job Description

We are looking for a Client Success Manager (CSM) to foster strong client relationships and achieve key performance metrics, including Retention, Upsell, and NPS (Net Promoter Score) targets. As a trusted advisor to our clients, the CSM ensures a seamless and exceptional experience for both clients and their employees by aligning their needs with Onsite Dental’s best practices. This role requires approximately 20% travel for client visits, events, and internal meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation

  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the client onboarding process.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and Onsite Dental’s internal operations and marketing teams.

Data & Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients and internal teams, tailored to client preferences.

Client Upsell and Expansion

  • Identify opportunities to demonstrate added value to client stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with client leadership and executives to drive expansion within existing and new client locations.

Event & Engagement Support

  • Schedule and manage café visits and wellness events to boost utilization of onsite dental services.

Marketing & Content

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deploy promotional materials to engage employees.

Vendor Coordination

  • Partner with clients’ onsite health vendors to align on events and health initiatives.

Patient & Issue Resolution

  • Advocate for clients by addressing patient complaints and resolving campus-related issues.

Logistics Management

  • Support scheduling, route changes, in-office maintenance, parking approvals, and power issues as needed.

Badging, Facilities, & Logistics

  • Assist the local operations team with employee badging, offboarding, and other facilities requests.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and data-driven insights to measure and present results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
